Express Lane · no appointment

In at 7:00, out by 7:45

Six of our eighteen bays run Express all day, first come, first served. If an oil, filter and rotation takes longer than 45 minutes from the moment we write your ticket, the next one is free. No form, no argument — the advisor applies it at the cashier.

  • Four-wheel tire rotation, pressure set and tread depth in 32nds
  • 27-point inspection with photos texted to you while the truck is on the lift

$79.95
5.7L and 6.4L Hemi, 8 quarts
$99.95
6.7L Cummins diesel, 12 quarts
$149.95
Rotation only, tires bought here
No charge

Prices include the filter, the rotation and the inspection. Tax, shop supplies and fluid disposal are added at the cashier and printed on the invoice. Synthetic blend is not an option here — every engine we fill gets full synthetic.

Every Express visit ends with a soft-touch wash and a vacuum.

Why bring it here

The part that costs you twice is the one that fits wrong

Independent shops do good work. What a franchise store adds is the factory tooling, the campaign database, the parts on the shelf and a record that follows the vehicle for its whole life.

Factory-trained technicians

Twenty-four techs on the floor, nine of them Chrysler Master certified and two dedicated to diesel. Training hours are logged every quarter, not once when they were hired.

Mopar parts, Mopar warranty

Genuine parts carry a 24-month, unlimited-mileage warranty on parts and labor, honored at any Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram dealer in the country.

Loaners and a shuttle

Loaner vehicles on any scheduled repair over two hours, reserved when you book. The shuttle runs a ten-mile loop to Piscataway, Edison and the Metropark train station.

A written multi-point inspection

Every visit includes the 27-point inspection at no charge, with photos and measurements. Green, yellow and red, and nothing gets added without you saying yes.

Service history that follows the VIN

Every line we write is stored against the VIN, so the next advisor, the next owner and the warranty administrator all see the same record.

Any make on the lot

We are a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram store, but the shop maintains anything you drive. Same inspection, same warranty on the parts we supply.

Loaner fleet

Thirteen vehicles on the loaner ledger

Held for scheduled work over two hours, and for anything staying overnight. Pick the one you want while you book — the form checks it against the date you chose and tells you if it is already out.

What we ask for at the desk

  • A valid driver's licence, in the driver's own hand

Not expired, not a photo of one. The name on the licence has to be the name on the repair order, and the advisor takes a copy at the desk.

  • Proof of your own insurance

Your policy is primary while you have a loaner, so bring the card or have the app open. Liability and collision both need to be in force.

  • Twenty-one or older

That is the floor on the store's loaner policy, and there is no waiver for it. A younger licensed driver can be added as a passenger, not as a driver.

  • The hold is released the moment the appointment is cancelled

Cancel or move the appointment and the vehicle goes straight back on the ledger for the next customer. There is no cancellation charge and nothing to phone about.

House rules

  • Loaners are held for scheduled work expected to run over two hours, and for any repair keeping the vehicle overnight.
  • Fuel and charge come back at the level they left at, or we bill the difference at the pump price on the invoice.
  • Toll transponders are not fitted. Tolls billed to the plate are passed through at cost with no admin fee.
  • Every vehicle here is on the loaner ledger, not the sales lot — none of them appear in inventory search.

This fleet is a demonstration. These thirteen vehicles are a fixed list in this site’s source, not a rental or dealer-management system, and no loaner ledger was consulted to build it. Availability inside the booking form is worked out in your browser from the date you pick, using this exact rule:h = fnv1a(date + "|" + stock); out if h % 10 < 3; back after 1 + (h >>> 8) % 3 days

Not enough loaners on a Monday is a real thing everywhere, here included. If the class you need is out on the day you want, the shuttle runs a ten-mile loop roughly every forty minutes, and pickup and delivery covers twelve miles Tuesday to Thursday. Start a booking

Recalls and campaigns

Recall work is free, wherever you bought it

A safety recall or emissions campaign is paid by the manufacturer, not by you, and any franchised dealer has to perform it. We do not need to have sold you the vehicle, and there is no time limit on a safety recall.

  • Parts availability decides the date

Some campaigns are software and take 40 minutes. Others wait on a part that the factory releases in batches. We tell you which one you are looking at.

  • Customer satisfaction notifications too

Beyond safety recalls there are extended warranties and goodwill campaigns that never make the news. They show up on the same VIN search.

  • We check it on every visit

Open campaigns are pulled automatically when your VIN hits the shop system, so an oil change is often when you find out.

Check your VIN for open recalls

Recall and emissions campaign repairs are free on any Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram vehicle, whoever sold it to you.

17 characters, on the driver's door jamb or through the base of the windshield.

Nothing you type here is transmitted anywhere. Recall status on the live site comes from the NHTSA database, which is updated by the manufacturer, not by the dealership.

While you wait

A lounge people actually stay in

Most Express customers wait, so the lounge was built for two hours of work, not for a vending machine and a television bolted to the wall.

  • Six covered service lanes

Pull in out of the weather and an advisor meets you at the door.

  • Work booths with power

Eight quiet booths, dual monitors on two of them, and gigabit wifi.

  • Coffee and a real kitchen

Espresso, drip, cold brew and bagels from Rosetta's until 11:00 AM.

  • Kids corner

A gated play area in sight of the lounge, with the television on mute.

  • Free wash with every visit

Soft-touch wash and vacuum on any repair order over $49.95.

  • After-hours key drop

Two locked drops by the parts door with envelopes and a pen that works.

The shop, and why it is laid out this way

The service building was rebuilt in 2021 and sits behind the showroom, with its own entrance off 375 Metuchen Road so nobody has to thread a truck through the customer lot. Six covered lanes feed the write-up desks. Express bays sit closest to the door because that is where the volume is, and the heavy line — transmissions, diesel, suspension — is at the far end where the noise stays put.

The parts department shares a wall with the shop rather than a delivery truck with a warehouse three towns over. That is the whole reason a brake job can be a same-day job. The counter carries about $1.4M inventory in inventory, and anything it does not stock is on the morning truck from the regional distribution center.

Questions

The things people ask at the write-up desk

If the answer you need is not here, the service line is answered by a person during business hours, not by a menu tree.

(630) 207-3263

No. The Express Lane is first come, first served from 7:00 AM, and six of our eighteen bays are reserved for it all day.

The last Express ticket is written 45 minutes before close: 5:15 PM Monday to Friday and 2:15 PM on Saturday. Book an appointment if you need a specific time or a loaner.

Pick a time, or come find a coupon first

Booking takes about two minutes and reserves the bay, the advisor and the loaner. The specials page has eleven offers running right now, and they stack with the published menu price.
